I am passionate about all forms of animation, including biological animations, character animations, as well as 2D animation. I am also an experienced editor, cinematographer, and story board artist.
Nucleus Medical Media
Developed for Nucleus Medical Media’s content library. This was a mostly solo-project, Created in Cinema 4D using xparticles. Post effects were done in AE.
third trimester of Pregnancy
Developed for Nucleus Medical Media’s content library. Early 3d work was started, then I picked things up and finalized them. Created in Cinema 4D with Redshift. Post effects in AE.

Freelance Work
Created for Urgo Medical as part of a team at Alpha Tauri 3D LLC. My part in for this animation was to depict the surgical, and cellular scenes. Depicting a dense population of bacteria within the biofilm was a unique challenge.
Created for Curiox BioSystems, as part of a team at Alpha Tauri 3D LLC. This animation depicts their proprietary technology for laminar cell washing. I developed storyboards, and 2 Motion graphics.

Student Work
This animation illustrates how ancient birds may have developed the ability to fly, based on research from Ken Dial at the University of Montana. The main character in the animation is based on Archaeopteryx, the earliest known ancestor to birds, although its flight capabilities remain a topic of study.
To bring the animation to life, a special rig was created for the character. I built a unique bone armature, rigged it to a low-poly mesh, and animated it. A forest environment was meticulously crafted using low-poly assets, with the final touches added using Adobe After Effects.
This animation is a humorous take on the function of alcohol dehydrogenase, whose core function is to process alcohol molecules.
This animation was created to showcase skills in Adobe After Effects, 3DSMax, as well as the fundamentals of animation.
